2. Principles of data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and to handle your purchase enquiry. Processing is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). Your data is passed on to third parties only where this is necessary to perform a contract, required by law, or covered by your consent.
3. Access data / server log files
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects server log files. These contain:
- IP address of the requesting device (anonymised)
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the page retrieved
- Volume of data transferred
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website). The data is deleted automatically after 30 days and is not combined with other data sources.
4. Purchase enquiries via the enquiry form
You can use the form on this website to express interest in buying a suite. We process the details you provide: name, email address, optionally your phone number, the suite you are interested in, your message, and the language version of the page you enquired from.
Purpose: handling and answering your enquiry, sending you documents, and the initiation of a possible purchase agreement.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (the consent you give when submitting the form).
Retention period: We store your enquiry data for up to three years after our last contact with you and delete it afterwards. If a purchase agreement is concluded, statutory retention obligations apply (generally seven years after the end of the financial year under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).
Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, informally at info@die-monika.at. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point.
The form contains a field invisible to you that guards against automated submissions (spam protection). It is neither evaluated nor stored as long as it remains empty.
5. Updates on the sales status
If you have submitted an enquiry, we will keep you informed by email on request — for example about available units, income documentation, or viewing appointments.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in supporting prospective buyers).
Unsubscribing: possible at any time, by replying to any such message or writing to info@die-monika.at. You will then receive no further updates.
6. Recipients and processors
For operations and communication we use carefully selected service providers with whom data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting of this website and storage of enquiry data. Server location within the EU.
- Mailjet / Sinch Email — technical delivery of the emails generated by your enquiry.
No transfer of your data to countries outside the EU or EEA takes place in connection with this website.
7. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies and embeds no third-party measurement or advertising services. No reach measurement and no tracking of your behaviour takes place.
Should we introduce analytics or marketing services in future, this will happen only after your prior consent via a consent dialogue, and this policy will be amended accordingly.
8. Fonts (locally hosted)
We use the typefaces "Red Hat Text" and "Grappa Two", which are hosted on our own server. When you access this website, no data is transmitted to Google or any other third party. The fonts are embedded exclusively as locally hosted WOFF2 files.
9. No social media plugins
This website embeds no social media plugins that automatically transmit data to third parties.
10. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data at any time:
